Summary: All sales are generally non-refundable once a server has been provisioned and resources allocated. Exceptions apply when the issue is caused by us and we are unable to resolve it.
Due to the nature of digital hosting services, all purchases are considered final once your server has been set up and resources have been allocated to your account. This is because server resources are reserved and dedicated to you immediately upon payment, which means we incur costs regardless of usage.

In these cases, we will first attempt to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer a fair resolution which may include a credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
To request a refund or dispute a charge, please open a support ticket in our Discord server at discord.gg/zGrysWHbza. Include the following information:
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate suspension of your service and a ban from future purchases. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and will dispute them with supporting evidence.
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us through Discord. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period unless the cancellation is due to a qualifying issue on our end.
Custom hosting plans (starting at $25+/month) are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refund eligibility for these plans will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of purchase. Please contact us via Discord before purchasing a custom plan if you have specific concerns.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
