We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and control panel access. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your service without refund.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us to charge the stated amount for your selected plan. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, hardware failures, or circumstances beyond our control (including DDoS attacks, network outages, or force majeure events) may result in temporary downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of planned maintenance in advance.
While we provide backup features, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, user error, or account termination. We strongly recommend downloading backups of your server data regularly.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your service at any time for violation of these Terms of Service, non-payment, or any activity we determine to be harmful to our platform or other customers. You may cancel your service at any time through our Discord support channel.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nexora Servers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexora Servers and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify customers of significant changes via our Discord server or by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
